Information We Collect
When you send a message to our Facebook Page, we receive:
- Your Page-scoped ID (PSID), which Meta assigns to you for our Page.
- Your public profile name and profile picture, if Meta provides them to us.
- The content of the messages you send us (text, images, and files).
- Message timestamps and delivery information.
We do not collect your Facebook password, payment card details, or any information from your profile beyond what Meta shares with us through the Messenger Platform.
How We Use Information
We use this information only to:
- Receive your messages and send automated replies.
- Answer your questions and provide customer support.
- Improve the quality and accuracy of our replies.
- Detect and prevent abuse or technical problems.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Sharing of Information
We do not share your information with third parties, except:
- Service providers who host or process data on our behalf (for example, Amazon Web Services for hosting and AI service providers if applicable), under confidentiality obligations.
- Meta Platforms, since messages travel through Messenger.
- Legal requirements, when the law requires us to disclose information.
Data Retention
We keep message data only as long as needed to provide the service, up to 90 days, and then delete or anonymize it. You may ask us to delete it earlier (see Section 6).
Data Security
We protect your data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access, and secure hosting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Your Rights and Data Deletion
You can ask us to access or delete the data we hold about you at any time:
- Email us at nadineelgzawylacassia@gmail.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and include your Facebook name or PSID.
- We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.
You can also stop receiving messages by ceasing to message our Page or blocking it, and you can remove our app’s access from your Facebook settings under Settings → Apps and Websites.
Children’s Privacy
Our service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
