When you message our Page, we receive your Facebook name, your Page-scoped ID (PSID), and the details you send us in the conversation (such as your name, phone number, and preferred appointment time).
How We Use It
- The information you provide is used only to book and manage your appointment.
- Your data is stored the same way as your regular Page messages, as part of your conversation with our Page.
- We do not use your data for any other purpose.
- We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or share it with anyone for marketing.
- We will never use your information for anything else without your explicit permission.

Retention and Deletion
We keep your data only as long as needed to manage your appointment. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing nadineelgzawylacassia@gmail.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and your Facebook name. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
